The Best Entry-level Smartphones

1. BLU Advance 5.5 HD

This is the least expensive smartphone that I recommend. It is a fine phone for calling, texting, light web browsing and running 1-2 app at a time.

It is not powerful enough to multitask, nor to be used for serious work. It simply doesn’t have enough RAM to run multiple apps without slowdowns.

That said, as a basic phone, it’s a fine inexpensive choice.

– 8GB of internal storage is not that much and the phone can be filed quickly.
