NVIDIA’s 770i chipsets will support DDR3 and 2-way SLI. However, oddly enough, no mention of “best OC’ing” on the roadmap. Not that Nvidia chipset are known for great overclocking capacity, but still.

Canon announces new pro consumers and easy to use digital cameras. The SX110 is certainly one that my friend and I have an eye on, with 9.0 MP, 10X and Image stabilization, all of it in a compact body!

- $300 SX110 IS: 9 megapixels, 10x zoom, 3-inch LCD
- $250 A2000 IS: 10 megapixels, 6x zoom, 3-inch LCD
- $200 A1000 IS: 10 megapixels, 4x zoom, 2.5-inch LCD

Sanyo’s entry-level PLV-Z700 projector runs $1,995, shipping in October. 1080p 3LCD-based, 10,000:1 contrast ratio, 1,200 ANSI lumens and a variable lens designed to adjust to smaller rooms adds up for what is an “entry-level” solution according to them.

AMD Quietly Starts to Sell Dual-Core Phenom Microprocessors. What a surprise, that is to introduce dual-core chips without making an announcement! Then again, those are rumors, but it’s still interesting to see. I sure hope that AMD release such chips, to increase their income and bring more competition to Intel, as the Athlon 64 X2 just don’t cut anymore.
